There was magic to be revealed when this original 1963 Tauranga home was renovated. Underneath the 60 odd year old, dust-laden carpet lay stunning native timber flooring just waiting to be brought to life. By removing internal walls, we transformed previously cramped spaces into open, airy rooms, while the addition of exterior doors enhanced access. A modern kitchen, complete with a polished concrete benchtop, and reconfigured bathroom breathed new life into the home, ensuring it remains a comfortable haven for years to come. The addition of wrap-around decking created a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for both entertaining and everyday convenience. A stylish fireplace was installed as a warm and inviting centerpiece in the living room. Freshly painted weatherboards also revitalised the exterior, making this solid family home stylish once again.
