This project was a two-in-one transformation. Upstairs, we refreshed the entire space, including an updated kitchen, while downstairs, we converted an under-utilised, dark area into a bright, self-contained 2-bedroom unit with a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. The result wasn’t just a cosmetic overhaul; we maximised the home’s existing footprint to create additional living space and increase the client’s potential income stream.
Every room received attention, from new carpets and fresh paint to modern fixtures and essential upgrades like fire separation between the two levels.
