Our clients had a clear vision for their home on the golf course in Ōtumoetai, Tauranga. They wanted to move away from the closed-off, dated interior and bring out the home’s character by revealing the stunning timber floors and creating an open, modern layout. By installing specially engineered beams to support the structure, we were able to achieve an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas—perfect for a growing family. A brand-new kitchen, which cleverly incorporated the laundry, along with replacing the fireplace with a built-in entertainment unit, completed the incredible transformation
