Elegant Villa Transformation
An original 1940’s villa underwent a top to bottom transformation featuring everything from a reconfigured layout to a chef-worthy kitchen, separate mudroom and laundry, and an elegant bathroom and ensuite. This renovation also included a walk-in wardrobe for the master bedroom, feature ceiling panelling repurposed from the original home, polished timber floors, wrap-around decking beneath a secondary verandah roof, all overlooking the tranquil Wairoa River in Tauranga. The transformation creates a cozy sanctuary during winter and a breezy, open layout for summer, resulting in a timeless home. Every detail was meticulously attended to, from the circular-window to the custom made interior doors.
