Deck and Bathroom Renovation
This beachside property holds a million dollar view, but it was unfortunately obscured by a decaying solid plaster balustrade. The team at Built Construction were tasked with removing the outdated and dilapidated balustrade and replacing it with modern, stylish glass which revealed the seaside vista. Structural work was also required, leading to the installation of a specially engineered steel beam installed to support both the house and deck.
In addition to the deck transformation, a bathroom was in serious need of attention and was completely updated. Completing multiple projects simultaneously can often enhance the efficiency of renovation work.
